ABOUT DALYA INHABER

Dalya Inhaber Ph.D., CFP ® is the Founder of Minerva Wealth Advisory, where she is responsible for portfolio management and client relationships. Dalya founded Minerva Wealth Advisory to serve clients in a collaborative way by encompassing both investing and financial planning.  The firm’s investment approach is based on low cost exposure to a diversified set of asset classes.  

Prior to Minerva Wealth Advisory, Dalya was a financial advisor at a wealth management firm in Manhattan. She worked with individuals and families to help them achieve their financial goals, which included all aspects of financial planning, investments, estate planning, and tax and retirement planning.

Earlier in her career, Dalya was Vice President of municipal investment banking at PaineWebber, working with state and local governments to structure and market bond offerings to investors. She was also a research economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Dalya received a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ and Series 65 registered.

I am a member of a women’s dragon boat team and I love the training, competition and comradery that come with being on the team. My teammates and coaches are a constant source of inspiration for me. 

My husband and I live in Manhattan and have twin daughters who are pursuing careers in finance.  

About Eugene Skorodinsky

Eugene Skorodinsky, CFP® is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Prior to joining Minerva Wealth Advisory, he was a financial advisor with a wealth management firm in Manhattan.

Eugene is also an adjunct professor at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, where he teaches personal finance classes and assists students with financial planning. Through these efforts, he has helped students stay in school and graduate. Eugene often speaks to various audiences about personal finance and enjoys breaking down complicated concepts into understandable and actionable chunks.

Eugene earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Technical University in Kyiv, Ukraine, and a certificate in Financial Planning from New York University.
